By using UploadReady Tools, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are short.
What UploadReady is
UploadReady Tools is a free, browser-based utility for resizing, compressing, and converting image files. All processing happens locally in your browser. No files are stored or transmitted to any server.
Use at your own risk
UploadReady Tools is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The output will meet any specific quality standard.
- Compressed files will be accepted by third-party forms or portals.
- The service will be available at any given time.
- The output will be pixel-perfect or lossless for all formats (PNG compression in particular relies on dimension reduction, not quality reduction).
You are responsible for verifying the output before using it in any official, legal, or professional context.
Your files and your data
Files you process through UploadReady stay on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit your files. You retain full ownership of your files and any output produced by the tool.
Prohibited use
You may not use UploadReady Tools to:
- Process files containing illegal content.
- Attempt to circumvent security or identity verification in a fraudulent manner.
- Automate bulk requests in a way that degrades the service for others (the tool is browser-side and does not use shared server resources, but this principle applies to any associated infrastructure).
Intellectual property
The UploadReady name, brand, and interface design are owned by the operator. The underlying browser APIs (Canvas, FileReader, Blob) are part of standard web platform specifications and are not proprietary to UploadReady.
Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of UploadReady Tools at any time without notice. We may also update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UploadReady and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any file output produced by it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
